Crispy Crumby Fish

- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 cups flour, or as needed shopping list
- salt, freshly ground pepper and freshly parsley ( cutted) shopping list
- 3 lb. Firm white fish fillets sus as soleo r cod, cu tinto strips; 2 inches long and 1 inche wide shopping list
- 2 cups bread crumbs shopping list
- Canola butter to fry shopping list
How to make it
- Dust freshly gound pepper and salt over fish fillets . See Photo
- In a médium bowl pour the milk , dip the fish here and set aside. See Photo
- In a flan plate combine flour, bread crumbs, salt, beeper and parsley, mix well. See Photo
- In a wok or frying pan warm tbsp. of Canola butter swirling to coat the bottom and sides of the pan
- Coat well the fish with flour mix and place in the frying pan and cook well until firm turning the fish over until brown and crunchy. See Photo
- Serve with lemon slices…. See Photo
