This is an easy recipe to prepare with fish. It's Crispy and crumby ... Mmmmmmm.... ... never fails.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour, or as needed
  • salt, freshly ground pepper and freshly parsley ( cutted)
  • 3 lb. Firm white fish fillets sus as soleo r cod, cu tinto strips; 2 inches long and 1 inche wide
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • Canola butter to fry

Directions
  1. Dust freshly gound pepper and salt over fish fillets .
  2. In a médium bowl pour the milk , dip the fish here and set aside.
  3. In a flan plate combine flour, bread crumbs, salt, beeper and parsley, mix well.
  4. In a wok or frying pan warm tbsp. of Canola butter swirling to coat the bottom and sides of the pan
  5. Coat well the fish with flour mix and place in the frying pan and cook well until firm turning the fish over until brown and crunchy.
  6. Serve with lemon slices….
