How to make it

  • Dust freshly gound pepper and salt over fish fillets . See Photo
  • In a mĂ©dium bowl pour the milk , dip the fish here and set aside. See Photo
  • In a flan plate combine flour, bread crumbs, salt, beeper and parsley, mix well. See Photo
  • In a wok or frying pan warm tbsp. of Canola butter swirling to coat the bottom and sides of the pan
  • Coat well the fish with flour mix and place in the frying pan and cook well until firm turning the fish over until brown and crunchy. See Photo
  • Serve with lemon slices…. See Photo
