- Numbers are rounded.
- 4.5 lbs yields 12 servings, 5 oz each.
- 2.3 yields 6 servings, about 5 oz each
- 1.2 yields 3 servings, 5 oz each.
- Rule of thumb: Allow 1/2 pound per 7 oz serving.
- Serving ounces are VOLUME ounces, not weight.
