  • Here is a guide:
  • Numbers are rounded.
  • 4.5 lbs yields 12 servings, 5 oz each.
  • 2.3 yields 6 servings, about 5 oz each
  • 1.2 yields 3 servings, 5 oz each.
  • Rule of thumb: Allow 1/2 pound per 7 oz serving.
  • Serving ounces are VOLUME ounces, not weight.
