Indiana Creamy Peach Pie

- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 4 cups sliced fresh peaches shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2-1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine flour and salt then cut in butter and press into 9" pie plate.
- Put peaches into a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl combine remaining sugar, flour, egg, salt and vanilla.
- Fold in sour cream then stir mixture into peaches.
- Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 minutes more.
- Prepare topping by combining all ingredients until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping evenly on top then bake 10 minutes at 400.
