How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Combine flour and salt then cut in butter and press into 9" pie plate.
  • Put peaches into a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and set aside.
  • In another bowl combine remaining sugar, flour, egg, salt and vanilla.
  • Fold in sour cream then stir mixture into peaches.
  • Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 minutes more.
  • Prepare topping by combining all ingredients until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle topping evenly on top then bake 10 minutes at 400.
