Ingredients
  • 4-5 Ib. Ham with Bone-In
  • 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Mustard
  • Whole Cloves
  • *Sauce*
  • 1 cup Red Currant or Apple Jelly
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine or Apple Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

Directions
  1. Remove skin from Ham
  2. Score the surface of the ham to make a diamond pattern.
  3. Mix Brown Sugar and Mustard and *rub* into the Ham.
  4. Insert a Whole Clove into the center of each Diamond in the Ham.
  5. Place Ham into a Roaster Pan with Baking Rack, use Meat Thermometer.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes per pound, until Ham is heated through.
  7. Meat Thermometer should read 140F.
  8. Start Sauce, use a medium saucepan.
  9. Cook over medium heat till sauce thickens, stirring often.
  10. Serve over sliced ham.
