Barbeque Marinated Brie Recipe
BARBEQUE MARINATED BRIE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cox Estate in Ida, Oklahoma in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 red pepper finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon spicy mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 18 ounces brie
  • Crackers

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and crackers then mix well.
  2. Place cheese wheel in small shallow glass dish and poke full of holes with a fork.
  3. Pour marinade over cheese then cover and let sit in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat barbeque to medium then place foil on grill and poke holes in foil with a skewer.
  5. Place cheese on foil then heat for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or French bread.
