Ingredients

3 lbs. pork tenderloin - you can use any meat you like with this recipe

I have prepared a beef roast this way as well

3 - 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

2 ribs of celery, peeled and coarsely chopped

1 large onion, chopped

2 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped or minced

and whatever you happen to have on hand

a pinch of cumin is good too

1 packet of dry onion soup mix, mixed with 2 cups of water and 1 cup of tomato juice ie. V8

Directions

Put everything into the crockpot, veggies first, then pork tenderloin on top.

Pour onion soup mix and water over all of it.

Cook for 10 or so hours.

Meat is so tender it almost flakes away, and the potatoes are really tasty.

Serves 2 - 3
