This is a perfect side dish for steaks

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz. packages frozen spinach
- 1 cup cream
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Thaw spinach and drain out extra water
- In a saucepan, add remaining ingredients and boil until reduced by half, about 3 minutes
- Discard garlic and add spinach to cream mixture
- Toss until coated and heated through
