    I should mention that I use a organic brand of Quinoa which is already pre-washed. (rinsed)

    Yum Marie, that looks great, its a pity i cant try the salmon recipe since i dont really eat scaly fish that much. It looks like sometime you may get here in the Adige ( mountains) of Liguria. Ill post some pics of my area soon. Thanks again.

    Mmmmm, we love Quinoa but honestly, I have never added Romano cheese or wine but my daughter likes hers with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano. Looks like I have a new take on Quinoa. Thanks so much!
