How to make it

  • COMBINE broth, sauce and half-and-half in medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat. When soup begins to simmer, add mushrooms; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in basil.
  • Tip: For a lighter version, use 1 cup whole milk in place of half-and-

    AHHHHHH!!!!! Chianti. Brings back memories from when I lived in Santiago, Chile. Can you believe I was only 14-15 years old and I was served!!!!!!! Oh, the good old days!!!!!!! I have definitely gotta try this.
