Vodka Soup with Mushrooms

- 1 can (14.5 fluid ounces) chicken or vegetable broth shopping list
- 1 container (15 ounces) BUITONI® Refrigerated vodka Sauce shopping list
- 1 cup half-and-half shopping list
- 2 cups (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil leaves shopping list

- Pinot Grigio A generous summer fresh wine tasting of peaches, limes, melons and pears. shopping list
- Chianti A wine with an intense violet aroma and a fresh, slightly spice, taste of black cherry, plum and raspberry. shopping list
How to make it
- COMBINE broth, sauce and half-and-half in medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat. When soup begins to simmer, add mushrooms; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in basil.
- Tip: For a lighter version, use 1 cup whole milk in place of half-and-
- half.

AHHHHHH!!!!! Chianti. Brings back memories from when I lived in Santiago, Chile. Can you believe I was only 14-15 years old and I was served!!!!!!! Oh, the good old days!!!!!!! I have definitely gotta try this.
