Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/4 C. apple juice
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 C. cooked egg noodles

Directions
  1. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 min.
  2. Add chops and cook until browned.
  3. Add soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and pepper.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
  6. Serve over noodles.
