Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix lemon juice, sea salt and water in a gallon size zip lock bag
  • Add salmon amd marinate for two hours
  • Grill to desired doneness
  • For the salsa;
  • Peel and chop mangos, onion,cilantro, jalpeno, garlic, and roasted red pepper
  • Mix in a bowl all chopped ingredients
  • Add honey, vinegar, salt and pepper
  • Mix well
  • Serve salsa on top of grilled salmon

    Grilled salmon is a regular here too... Never tried it with just the lemon... Going to though! Now if there was a easy way to do those Mangos!

    Oh my heavens, you're right on target with this one! I LOVE mangos! We try and eat salmon at least twice a week. This one is going on the menu straight away. Thank you!
