How to make it
- Fry bacon in a large cast iron skillet. Remove bacon strips and set
- In remaining bacon grease, saute onion and pepper over medium heat.
- Cut stewed tomatoes into pieces and add to skillet with 1/2 can of water. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Cover; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes until done. Crumble bacon over top and serve.
