Ingredients

How to make it

  • Chill all ingredients except sugar at least 30 minutes.
  • Dissolve the sugar in the pineapple, then combine everything gently in a large bowl.
  • May be refrigerated up to 72 hours.

    I have never made anything like this, but DH has been telling me about a carrot/raisin salad his Mom used to make him. I'll have to make this for him. Thanks for sharing!

    Sounds good, but I would just skip the pineapple, I am allergic. I would think you could easily make substitutions.
