Recipe servings depends on the size you cut these bars. Nothing better then the combination of pumkin and cream cheese icing - wonderfully good. Enjoy

Ingredients

2 C. flour shopping list
2 C. sugar shopping list
2 t. baking powder shopping list
1 t. baking soda shopping list
1/2 t. salt shopping list
2 t. cinnamon shopping list
1/2 t. cloves shopping list
4 eggs shopping list
2 C. pumpkin shopping list
1 C. vegetable oil shopping list
cream cheese frosting shopping list
8 oz cream cheese softened shopping list
1 stick and 2 t butter shopping list
2 t. vanilla shopping list
3 1/2 C. powdered sugar shopping list
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. shopping list

How to make it

Mix all dry ingredients and set aside.
Mix wet ingredients.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add liquid mixture. Beat well.
Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Spread with cream cheese frosting when cool.

This recipe may have been out there awhile, but just came across it, and will be making a batch for my homesick college freshman who needs a little TLC. These should do the trick-thanks!
