HAZELNUT BRIE AND APPLE APPETIZER This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Byrd Estate in Cedar Hill, Texas in 1993.
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted and chopped hazelnuts shopping list
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 8 ounces brie cheese softened shopping list
- 1 tart apple grated shopping list
How to make it
- Blend cheeses well then add hazelnuts and apple.
- Blend well and spread on toast or crackers.
