HAZELNUT BRIE AND APPLE APPETIZER This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Byrd Estate in Cedar Hill, Texas in 1993.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup roasted and chopped hazelnuts
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese softened
  • 1 tart apple grated

Directions
  1. Blend cheeses well then add hazelnuts and apple.
  2. Blend well and spread on toast or crackers.
