Honey Scallion Ginger Vinaigrette Recipe
This is an awesome dressing for salad. It's so full of flavor you can't possibly go wrong serving this. I love it and make it often.

Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 inch knob of ginger peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup scallions green and white parts sliced very thin
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup canola oil

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except oil in a food processor or blender and pulse three times.
  2. With machine running slowly pour in oil until dressing is emulsified.
  3. Refrigerate at least four hours or overnight prior to serving.

Now this is a dressing I'm itching to try. Sounds so good, I'll be dreaming of what to pour it over. I love making my own dressings and salads are a must have in this house.
