How to make it

  • Open wine, pour in glass and proceed to drink.
  • In a large bowl combine black-eyed peas, sweet pepper, sweet onion, parsley, garlic, salt and black pepper. Add oil and vinegar; toss gently to coat
  • Cover and chill for 2 least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
