- 2 15 ounce cans of black-eyed peas with jalapeno chile peppers, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1 chopped red sweet pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chopped sweet onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup clipped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon bottled mince garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar or white vinegar shopping list
- 1 bottle of wine of your choice shopping list
How to make it
- Open wine, pour in glass and proceed to drink.
- In a large bowl combine black-eyed peas, sweet pepper, sweet onion, parsley, garlic, salt and black pepper. Add oil and vinegar; toss gently to coat
- Cover and chill for 2 least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
