I THINK this is from Betty Crocker but not 100% positive.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp.salt
- 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. biscuit mix
- 1 C. milk
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
- In large skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is browned,drain.
- Stir in salt.
- Spread in pie plate.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Yup, this is a Bisquick recipe--old standby of ours. :) Real easy to change up the flavors by adding different cheeses or spices--taco seasoning and jack/cheddar is good. My picky kids will actually eat this one. ;)

I think this recipe is from Bisquick. I made it years ago, and we enjoyed it. I posted a version that uses taco seasoning and whop biscuits, which is good, too.
