How to make it

  • Heat butter in frying pan or wok and fry the bananas 1-2 minutes per side, they should be lightly golden in color.
  • Dry fry coconut until lightly brown and reserve
  • Sprinkle sugar into pan with bananas, add lime juice and cook stirring until dissolved.
  • Sprinkle with coconut and serve with yogurt if desired.
