My friend Tracey, a Floridian, shared dthis wonderful recip e with me. For those who live in the south and are about to welcome in the "first r ound" of those delicious home-grown 'maters - you gotta try this. It is SO good.

I made this for a weekend breakfast and the quiche was delicious. I used half-n-half instead of milk and poked holes in teh pie crusts so that they wouldn't shrink. My pie crusts are plural because I ended up with enough ingredients for 2 quiches. This was a definite make-again breakfast, thank you.
