2 Die 4 Pumpkin Squares

This is my friend Pam's mother's recipe.She used to bring these into work and I begged her for the recipe for 3 years and finally got it.This is by far the best pumpkin recipe I've ever had! I hope you enjoy it too!
Ingredients
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 2/3 C. sugar shopping list
- 1 C. oil shopping list
- 1 15oz. can of pumpkin shopping list
- 2 C. flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 3 oz. softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1 stick softened butter (no margarine,please) shopping list
- 1 tsp.vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 1/2 C. powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat together until fluffy (with mixer):eggs,sugar,oil,pumpkin.
- Then add all dry ingredients and mix well w/mixer.
- Spread batter into ungreased 15x10x1 baking pan. (you want a shallow pan for this recipe)
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Cream frosting ingredients together and frost,cut into squares.
