Another non alcoholic drink that just has a great flavor.

Ingredients
  • 2 C. pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 C. chilled pineapple juice
  • 1/4 C. cream of coconut
  • 1 C. ice cubes
  • 1 C. vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions
  1. Place pineapple chunks in freezer for 1 hour.
  2. Remove pineapple chunks from freezer and let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine juice and cream of coconut in blender.
  4. With lid on add pineapple and ice cubes 1 at a time,blend until smooth.
  5. Add yogurt blend until smooth.
  6. Serve immediately.
