Summer Squash Casserole

- 2 pounds yellow squash,sliced (6)cups shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup(und) shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup shredded carrot shopping list
- 1 8oz package herb-seasoned stufing mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Cook slice squash and onion in sauce pan with salted water for about 5 minutes
- Drain
- Combine cream of chicken soup,sour cream
- Stir in shredded carrots
- Fold in squash and onion
- Combine melted butter and stuffing mix
- Spread half stuffing mix in the bottom of a baking pan
- Spoon vegetable mixture on top
- Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top
- Bake 350 degree
- 30 to 40 Minutes
