How to make it

  • plase all of the ingredients in a sauce pan over high heat.bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes,skim any scum that rises to the surface
  • increase heat, turning chicken frequently in sauce and cook till liquid is reduced to a sticky glaze
  • remove chili and garlic and serve , spooning glaze over chicken

    This is an awesome recipe. I've cooked it several times and each time is better. I do not add chili pepper or cayenne and it is still delish!
