japanese chicken legs and or thighs

- 8 chicken legs or thighs ( due to the time to cook I wouldn't mix) shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 1/2 tbs. sugar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic,peled and smashed shopping list
- 1 hot chili,seeded or 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- plase all of the ingredients in a sauce pan over high heat.bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes,skim any scum that rises to the surface
- increase heat, turning chicken frequently in sauce and cook till liquid is reduced to a sticky glaze
- remove chili and garlic and serve , spooning glaze over chicken
