How to make it

  • ***The 60 minute prep time is spread out over 3 days. Don't let this scare you! You can speed up the process by letting the Jello set up firmly between each layer!!
  • Day 1: Mix the lime jello according to box directions and put in a 9 x 12 pan. Let set up.
  • Day 2: In a bowl smash the cream cheese with a fork. Add 1 cup boiling water and the lemon jello. Then add 1 cup whipping cream (the whipping cream replaces the cold water the jello box asks for) and pour mixture in pan on top of the lime layer. Let set up.
  • Day 3: Mix the cherry jello according to box directions and pour on top of the second layer. Let set up.
  • It is best to let this set overnight before serving.
  • ***** You can speed up the process by making one layer in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening! The key is to make sure the Jello has set before moving to next layer....................
  • Enjoy!!
