Artichoke Supreme Salad

ARTICHOKE SUPREME SALAD DATED 1981 This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Monte Estate in Plano, Texas in 1982. Tried and true.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salad oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon basil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 6 ounces artichokes shopping list
- 4 ounces medium shell macaroni cooked shopping list
- 1/2 small zucchini sliced thin shopping list
- 1 large carrot shredded shopping list
- 2 ounces salami cut in thin strips shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate oil, vinegar, mustard, oregano, basil, garlic and cut up artichokes.
- Let sit for a few hours then mix with remaining ingredients.

This sounds great, I love artichokes. I think I would add some capers as well, they go so well with artichokes. I am bookmarking it!
