Luca Brazi Balls
From precursor 16 years agoIngredients
- 2lb italian sausage (spicy or not depending on how you like it) shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups of Bisquick shopping list
- 2/3 cup of milk shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced green onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
- pinch of garlic salt shopping list
How to make it
- Check your bed for the horse's head. if its not there, continue (if it is there, i'd get out of the country).
- preheat your oven to 450.
- grease a foil wrapped baking sheet and set to the side (first time i made these i didn't grease the foil, the balls stuck pretty good).
- using a sharp knife, dice the green onions and jalapenos very fine and add them to the mixing bowl.
- add the bisquick to the mixing bowl.
- add the milk to the mixing bowl.
- add your salt, pepper and garlic salt to the mixing bowl.
- pull apart the ground sausage and add it to the mixing bowl.
- remove any rings from your hands (raw meat underneath the jewelry is never good).
- using your hands, mix all ingredients together.
- shape the mixture into balls about an inch in diameter and place on the baking sheet (you might have to use more than 1 sheet or cook two rounds of balls).
- cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
- remove from oven (watch out for the heat wave when you first open the oven) and cut one open to make sure the sausage is cooked thoroughly.
- invite "the family" over for dinner. these are so delicious they might get you "made"!
