Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375
  • wash all the potatos- slice a flat bottom to each tator
  • one in turn- slice to about a 1/2 inch thick potato slabs...like thick nickels
  • with a kabob skewer thread a piece of tator and then pepperoni until the potato is reassembled..
  • repeat for each potato and press them tightly back together.
  • set all six on cookie sheet -evenly spaced -bake for 45 minutes
  • remove a vee wedge from each tator end to end...
  • grate onion and cheese into the opening and bake for fifteen more minutes..approx
  • check tators for tenderness...
