Homemade Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

6 garlic cloves,sliced

1 C.olive oil

1 C.butter

1 T.fresh chopped parsley

1/2 tsp.oregano

1 tsp.salt

black pepper

Directions

Saute garlic in olive oil and butter for approx. 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 5,stirring constantly.

Serve over chicken,pasta or fish.

Good and garlicky!!
