How to make it

  • Beat eggs, cream, honey and nutmeg together.
  • Slice bread into 10 slices.
  • Dip into egg mixture and arrange in greased rectangular pan.
  • Pour remaining egg mixture over bread.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight turning slices once.
  • Uncover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  • Serve with warm maple syrup.
