How to make it
- Beat eggs, cream, honey and nutmeg together.
- Slice bread into 10 slices.
- Dip into egg mixture and arrange in greased rectangular pan.
- Pour remaining egg mixture over bread.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight turning slices once.
- Uncover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Serve with warm maple syrup.
