How to make it

  • Mix butter,cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar,and pecans in a medium bowl.
  • Pat into a 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl,combine cream cheese,1 cup confectioners' sugar,and 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread carefully over cooled crust.
  • In another bowl,combine milk and pudding and beat 2 minutes or until thickened.
  • Spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
  • Garnish with additional chopped pecans or chocolate chips.
  • Chill at least two hours before serving. Cut into squares.

    Absolutely love this, the idea, the name everything including the cookie pecan crust..oh my! And Michelle73's comment is hilarious to boot! Definite keeper, high five and yes.... I will duck when serving (after I have already taken my two pieces out and save them in the kitchen for just me :-P)
