My mother-in-law makes this yummy, refreshing dessert. It is very good.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups cool whip
  • 2 packages instant lemon pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • cool whip
  • chopped nuts (optional)

Directions
  1. Combine first three ingredients and press in bottom of 13"x9" pan, bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool.
  2. Combine the powdered sugar and cream cheese, mix well. Add the cool whip and pour over last layer, spread.
  3. Mix the pudding and milk until thick, pour over cream cheese layer.
  4. Top this with the cool whip and chopped nuts.
