Dilly Casserole Bread

- 1 pkg. dry yeast shopping list
- 1/4 cup warm water shopping list
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese-(heated to warm) shopping list
- 2 Tables. sugar shopping list
- 1 Tables. instant miniced onion shopping list
- 1 Tables. butter shopping list
- 1 unbeaten egg shopping list
- 2 teas dill seed shopping list
- 1 teas salt shopping list
- 2 1/4 to2 1/2 cups sifted flour shopping list
- 1/4 teas baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- Soften yeast in warm water
- Combine in mixing bowl:cottage cheese,sugar,onion butter,dill seed ,salt,soda,egg,and soften yeast.
- Add flour to form a stiff dough,beating well,after each addition.
- Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size.
- Stir dough down
- Turn into well greased 8" round casserole
- Let rise in warm place until light, about 30 to 40 minutes
- Bake in 375 degree oven,for about 30 to 40 minutes or until golden
- brown.
- Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
