Vanilla seared scallops

- 6 to 7 scallops depending on size shopping list
- key lime pepper shopping list
- 2 tlbs butter shopping list
- 3 tbls vanilla paste shopping list
- dark rum (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- bring saute pan to heat
- melt butter
- dry and add scallops to pan
- season with pepper
- sear on one side
- add vanilla paste
- sear other side
- flame off with dark rum
- Serve on baby greens
