Ingredients

How to make it

  • bring saute pan to heat
  • melt butter
  • dry and add scallops to pan
  • season with pepper
  • sear on one side
  • add vanilla paste
  • sear other side
  • flame off with dark rum
  • Serve on baby greens

    I have used vanilla in a wonderful lamb demi glacs reduction but never on scallops, gr8t idea TY.

    scallops and vanilla! you're like a chef for the gods or something. I'm going to put this on the menu for my 21st birthday party in a couple weeks here. thanks. scallops make life worth living ^_^
