Ingredients

How to make it

  • Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
  • Cream together mayonnaise, parmesan, romano cheese, garlic, basil, and garlic salt. Mix well.
  • Add the artichoke hearts and spinach and mix until blended.
  • Store in a container and refrigerate until you are ready to use.
  • Spray pie pan with Pam, pour in dip, and top with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until the top is browned.
  • Olive Garden serves this up toasted bread or use your favorite cracker or tortilla chip.

    I LOVE this dip!!! Thanks for the link too! They used to have this seafood dip there that was out of site but replaced it with this dip! Can't wait to try this at home!

    Oh what a good recipe, got my 5, love this stuff.

    It helps tremendously if you take care not to over handle (or work) your pie crust dough. The more you work it with your hands etc the LESS flakey it will be.

    Leah from Divaliscious - nothing should be so sacred that it's a secret recipe - unless it's your mother's recipe - lol (I still can't get my pie pastry to be as flaky as hers despite doing it side by side with her - ugh!) It's always "in the hands" that do the trick I hear people say...

    Just a short note, I have often ordered this at Applebee's and made it plenty of times at my house for my parties - but alas, I have never eaten at Olive Garden - they're no where nearby...
