Greek Tomatoes

- 3 medium tomatoes, cut in eighths shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Greek seasoning Mix shopping list
How to make it
- Boil a pan of water, place a tomato in the boiling water for about 10 seconds. Remove and the skin will peel off effortlessly.
- Cut the tomatoes vertically into 8 wedges each.
- Place in a bowl with the other ingredients. Toss gently to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
