Vanilla or almaretto adds a wonderful flavor. Also if you chill to just shy of frozen, it tastes like a unique kind of sorbet. I've actually cheated and used raw minute rice, soaked 2 hours. It's easier to blend.

If anyone hasn't tried horchata before, you really don't konw what you're missing. It's amazing. There are lots of variations you can try, but Coffeebean really put up an authentic recipe.
