Ingredients

4 EGGS

1 CUP BUTTERMILK

2 1/2 CUPS SUGAR

2 CUPS OF SELF RISING FLOUR

1 CUP OIL

1 LARGE CAN OR HALF BAG OF COCONUT

1 1/2 TEASPOON OF COCONUT FLAVOR

DO NOT USE A MIXER. MIX BY HAND!

Directions

BATTER REMINDER: DO NOT USE A MIXER. MIX BY HAND

BEAT EGGS AND THEN GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR. MIX WELL

ADD MILK, MIX WELL

ADD OIL, MIX WELL

ADD FLOUR A LITTLE AT A TIME AND MIX WELL

ADD COCONUT FLAVOR AND COCONUT, MIX WELL

MAKE SURE ALL INGREDIENTS ARE MIXED REALLY WELL.

POUR INTO A GREASED BUNDT PAN.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES

ICING:

1/2 CUP WATER

1 CUP SUGAR

1 TEASPOON OF COCONUT FLAVOR

BRING TO A BOIL, BOIL FOR ONE MINUTE. SPOON OVER CAKE WHEN DONE
