Red Hot Salsa

I add this salsa to chicken and chop the chicken finely to put in my chicken enchiladas. I also add a little to hollandaise sauce for southwest eggs benedict
Ingredients
- RED hot salsa shopping list
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes diced shopping list
- 1/2 sm. onion, diced shopping list
- 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt (more or less) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp. cilantro shopping list
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix for 10-
- 15 seconds or until all ingredients are of desired consistency.
