Bourbon Carrots

- 3 cups water shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds baby carrots shopping list
- 1 tblsp granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tblsp butter shopping list
- 3 tblsp brown sugar shopping list
- 3 tblsp bourbon shopping list
- chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Bring 3 cups water to a boil in a meduim saucepan.
- Add carrots, granulated sugar and salt.
- Return to a boil and cook five minutes or until tender.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a large skillet over meduim heat. Stir in carrots and cook stirring occasionally. 2-3 minutes until well coated.
- Add bourbon and cook 4 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley spring.
