Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a small bowl, mix the soup, wine, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat until "rippled"
  • Sear the breasts for 6 minutes on each side. (Yes, I know we did not season them)
  • Add soup mixture and veggies to pan.
  • Cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes (or until chicken is cooked)
  • Serve.
  • **I serve this dish with rice and a nice crusty bread (for dipping).**
