Super Easy Impressive Chicken Dish

- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2 cans of veggies or equivalent amount of fresh veggies (2 different kinds) shopping list
- 1/4 cup white zinfandel (or preferred white whine)* shopping list
- salt and ground pepper (to taste) shopping list
- *chicken broth can be substituted for wine shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, mix the soup, wine, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat until "rippled"
- Sear the breasts for 6 minutes on each side. (Yes, I know we did not season them)
- Add soup mixture and veggies to pan.
- Cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes (or until chicken is cooked)
- Serve.
- **I serve this dish with rice and a nice crusty bread (for dipping).**
