Country Sausage Muffins

- 1/2 lb bulk pork hot sausage shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup corn meal shopping list
- 1 2 oz jar dice pimiento ,drained shopping list
- 1 8 oz carton French onion dip shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Brown sausage, stirring to crumble.
- Drain well, reserving 3 tblsp drippings.
- Preheat oven 425.
- Combine flour, cornmeal, sausage, pimento; add reserved drippings, onion dip, and milk.
- Stir
- Fill each greased muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes one dozen
