Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb bulk pork hot sausage
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 1 2 oz jar dice pimiento ,drained
  • 1 8 oz carton French onion dip
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions
  1. Brown sausage, stirring to crumble.
  2. Drain well, reserving 3 tblsp drippings.
  3. Preheat oven 425.
  4. Combine flour, cornmeal, sausage, pimento; add reserved drippings, onion dip, and milk.
  5. Stir
  6. Fill each greased muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Makes one dozen
