Country Sausage Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Brown sausage, stirring to crumble.
  • Drain well, reserving 3 tblsp drippings.
  • Preheat oven 425.
  • Combine flour, cornmeal, sausage, pimento; add reserved drippings, onion dip, and milk.
  • Stir
  • Fill each greased muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Makes one dozen
