How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. I find a small grinder works better than a blender, but I still prefer to use a mortar and pestal. Blend and pulse until reduced to a fine powder.. Store covered tightly in a cool dark place for up to 6 months.
  • Makes 1/3 cup.
