This is an interesting combination of ingredients but in the end it all comes out delicious!!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed

Directions
  1. Cream together butter and both sugars until light.
  2. Add egg.
  3. Gradually mix flour and baking soda until mixed throughly.
  4. Stir in vanilla and potato chips.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
