This is an interesting combination of ingredients but in the end it all comes out delicious!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
Directions
- Cream together butter and both sugars until light.
- Add egg.
- Gradually mix flour and baking soda until mixed throughly.
- Stir in vanilla and potato chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes.
