Recently purchased Za'atar Blend from The Spice House. It has sumac, thyme, hyssop, white sesame seed and Greek oregano. Also have a package of sumac to try out. Thank you for submitting this recipe. Can't wait to try it out.

It may sound simple Jim but I bet the taste is tops. Some of these flavors are among my favorites, I just didn't know to combine them. We often eat pita, feta, and cilantro. I am anxious to try this. You have my 5 for simplicity and flavor. Thank-you for the post. GM
