It may sound simple Jim but I bet the taste is tops. Some of these flavors are among my favorites, I just didn't know to combine them. We often eat pita, feta, and cilantro. I am anxious to try this. You have my 5 for simplicity and flavor. Thank-you for the post. GM

This sounds amazing, Jim. I want to try it, too. Can't wait to see your recipe for Zaatar. You are the greatest - thank you!

Yes... I agree with Vicky, (Lunasea)... Thanks again Jim!

Recently purchased Za'atar Blend from The Spice House. It has sumac, thyme, hyssop, white sesame seed and Greek oregano. Also have a package of sumac to try out. Thank you for submitting this recipe. Can't wait to try it out.

This sounds nice! I will try it one day....

Something that's super simple and super yummy at the same time. This one's got my name written all over it! Thanks again, Jim!
