white chocolate truffles

- 2 TABS sweet butter shopping list
- 5 TABS heavy cream shopping list
- 8 ounces good quality Swiss white chocolate shopping list
- COATING::: shopping list
- 3 1/2 ounces white chocolate shopping list
- 1 ounce =28 grams shopping list
How to make it
- line a swiss roll pan with parchment paper
- place the butter and cream in a small saucepan,and bring slowly to the boil,stirring constantly,boil for 1 minute ,remove from the heat
- break the chocolate into pieces ,add to cream ,stir until melted
- pour into prepared pan
- place in fridge to chill until firm +-2 HOURS
- break off teaspoon size of mixture and roll them into balls
- chill again for about 30 minutes
- melt the 2nd amount of white chocolate in a double boiler
- dip the balls in the melted chocolate,
- place them on waxed paper ,swirl the chocolate with a fork ,for an effect
- allow to set
- drizzle a little melted dark chocolate over the truffles ,allow to set
- place in tiny gold paper cases to serve to guests { if any left by the time you finish making these YUMMY......YUMMY.....YUMMERS
