How to make it

  • Marinate peppers, zucchini, broccoli and onion with Italian dressing.
  • Cover and refrigerate for three hours.
  • One hour before serving, boil pasta according to directions.
  • Toss pasta with marinated vegetables and seasoning.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

    This sounds quite tasty, as well as pleasing to the eye. Thanks, cooking buddy! (I'll probably make mine with tri-colored farfalle, because that's what I've got a big bag of in my pantry. Knowing me I'll probably also sprinkle some parmesan & romano cheese on top to serve. Should still be great.)
