Veggie Spirelli Salad

- 12 oz. box tri-color spiral pasta shopping list
- 1 C Fat-free Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 C diagonally sliced Red or Green (or both) peppers shopping list
- 1 C sliced zucchini shopping list
- 1 C fresh broccoli shopping list
- 4 1/2 tsp. minced onions shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. garlic (fresh or powder) shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate peppers, zucchini, broccoli and onion with Italian dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for three hours.
- One hour before serving, boil pasta according to directions.
- Toss pasta with marinated vegetables and seasoning.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
