Just threw this together tonight. Didn't really want to cook and needed something quick and filling. Turned out really good. Perfect with a green salad and bread

I made this dish tonight and it was a mega hit by the entire family. It was easy to put together and was completely gone by the end of the evening. I made one change in the recipe. I did not have a pea in the house which never happens except when I needed them LOL but it was very good without peas. Will be adding them the next time I make it which will be often.

Mmmmmm... I just gave your recipe a very deserving 5 fork rating. I took one look at the pics you posted and that did it for me. Who the heck gave you a low rating and why? This recipe looks awesome and thanks for sharing!

The whole family just finished their plates :) It was a hit. Even my picky 2 year old ate it. Definitely bookmarking this one. Thanks! We had green beans and homemade bread with butter with it, yum!
