Just threw this together tonight. Didn't really want to cook and needed something quick and filling. Turned out really good. Perfect with a green salad and bread

Ingredients
- 1 box AuGratin potato mix and water, milk and butter to make it.
- 20 or 25 frozen meatballs
- 1 can peas, drained
- 3 green onions chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Stir the AuGratin potato mix together per the instructions except use a 13"x9" baking pan.
- Stir in meatballs, peas and green onion.
- Cook for 25 minutes then stir.
- Cook for another 10 minutes (make sure potatoes are done)
- **This would also be good with a little cheddar cheese sprinkled on top for the last 10 minutes of cooking.

I made this dish tonight and it was a mega hit by the entire family. It was easy to put together and was completely gone by the end of the evening. I made one change in the recipe. I did not have a pea in the house which never happens except when I needed them LOL but it was very good without peas. Will be adding them the next time I make it which will be often.

The whole family just finished their plates :) It was a hit. Even my picky 2 year old ate it. Definitely bookmarking this one. Thanks! We had green beans and homemade bread with butter with it, yum!
