I found this recipe in Parade Magazine in 1995. It's one of the best tasting coleslaws I've ever had. I added the milk to make it creamy. Tastes even better the
following day.

I tried it yesterday and it is the best, absolutely and uequivocally THE BEST coleslaw I have ever tried. I made it without celery seeds (could't get any) and with half fat mayo, but it was still soooooooooooooo good. Thanks chihuahua! The search is over. 5? Are you kidding? Is there a 10?
