Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place the cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion into a large bowl. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix together all of the remaining ingredients. Pour over the vegetables and toss well to combine.
  • Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving for the flavors to meld.

    I tried it yesterday and it is the best, absolutely and uequivocally THE BEST coleslaw I have ever tried. I made it without celery seeds (could't get any) and with half fat mayo, but it was still soooooooooooooo good. Thanks chihuahua! The search is over. 5? Are you kidding? Is there a 10?

    Hey there! I've always wanted a good coleslaw recipe, believe it or not I've been trying to reproduce the Colonel's recipe for years lol Yeah I know, I'm easy to please. I will try this, thanks for sharing. I may just come back and slap it with a 5 *wink*
