- 11/2lbs. Imported ham,1"cubes shopping list
- 11/2lbs. salami,1" cubes shopping list
- 2 pepperoni,sliced shopping list
- 2lbs. provolone cheese,1" cubes shopping list
- 1 jar sicilian olives,drained shopping list
- 2 cans black olives,drained shopping list
- 1 jar pepperoncini,drain most of the juice-leave a little for flavor shopping list
- 1 jar sweetn' hot gourmet peppers-leave a little juice for flavor shopping list
- 1 jar sweet green sliced peppers-leave a little juice for flavor shopping list
- 2 cans artichoke hearts,drained shopping list
- 1 jar pimientos stuffed green olives,drained shopping list
- Note: If you hav trouble finding any of the peppers,you can substitute others.. shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange all on a platter and sprinkle with olive oil.
- I use a little garlic flavored olive oil!

Yummy I use less pickled stuff and add tortellini I know that goes against the anti part but it's so good for a pasta salad!!!
